Eco2 Renewable Energy required a bespoke tracking and routing solution that could integrate directly with its existing infrastructure and workflows, enabling effective data analysis and comprehensive reporting. Squarelabs developed specialist software modules to support vehicle tracking through local government-sanctioned areas and ensure compliance with regulations governing the movement of hazardous biomass materials.

The resulting solution provided Eco2 with a fully compliant tracking and management system, specifically designed to meet the operational and regulatory requirements of the renewable energy sector.

Tippers Tool Hire needed tighter control over their plant assets, so we delivered a comprehensive solution combining API integration, plant tracking with remote immobilisation, geofence alerts, and instant email and SMS notifications to enhance their security and operational control.

Hawkins Logistics required Live View CCTV systems across its fleet of HGVs and company vehicles, along with Progressive Safe System (PSS) compliance for vehicles entering London, where DVS is a mandatory Transport for London safety requirement for HGVs. We implemented a comprehensive CCTV solution to provide greater visibility across their fleet, alongside the required DVS/PSS technology.

Live-view multi-camera CCTV systems were installed in their rigid and articulated HGVs, while their vans and company cars were equipped with front-facing 1080p cameras featuring built-in ADAS functions, including forward collision, following distance and lane departure warnings.

Crown Highways required greater visibility and control across their fleet of vehicles and plant equipment. We implemented a comprehensive tracking solution, including remote immobilisation, driver ID capability and live CCTV across their truck fleet.

We are now supporting their ongoing compliance requirements, with FORS Silver being rolled out across all trucks, including installations at their Manchester depot. For vehicles operating in London, we are also implementing DVS/PSS solutions to help meet the requirements for entering the capital.
